Acceptable Use Policy

1. Permitted Use

You may use the CyberReady Service solely to generate documentation for your own business for the purpose of cyber insurance readiness. Use must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

2. Prohibited Use

You must not use the Service to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information in order to obtain documents that misrepresent your organisation's security posture.
• Generate documents on behalf of a third party without their explicit knowledge and consent.
• Scrape, crawl, copy, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service or its outputs for redistribution or commercial resale.
• Attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with any security feature of the Service.
• Use the Service in any manner that could damage, overburden, or impair CyberReady's infrastructure.
• Engage in any abusive, harassing, or threatening conduct toward CyberReady staff.

3. Enforcement

CyberReady reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any user found to be in breach of this policy, without notice or refund. Serious breaches may be reported to relevant authorities.
